Praying for a confirmed embassy appointment!

Hopefully we can confirm our embassy appointment tomorrow and then we will be able to post our travel dates. The wait between referral and travel continues to be difficult for us. We find ourselves hanging on every bit of information we can get from those who have travelled to Ethiopia and met our children. We can not wait to hold them in our arms and see their beautiful country!

In the meantime here is a great video I saw on another blog.

Wow, it is so great to see movement and travel dates being discussed. We are now just watching the Ethiopian Adopters as we brought our sweet princess Marin home from Addis last March, it will be 9 months next Monday that she is home and one year next Sunday that we recieved our referral! Time flies so fast and it has been a wonderful 9 months with our newest blessing. We had asked for siblings too but God knew Marin would be the right child for our family and she is. She was supposed to be 3 (just turned 4) but we believe that she is actually 5 1/2. She has grown 11pounds and 4.5 inches since getting all her parasites cleared up this July! Will be watching your progress and praying for you as you begin your parental journey. I hope that you LOVE Ethiopia like we did! God bless - Kristin @ www.irishopian.blogspot.com

Lynnae,

I tried to send you an email through the yahoo group but it may not have gone through. We are hoping for the 31st appt. as well....we have actually purchased the tickets already since they are changeable and refundable and we could only hold them through yesterday. Send us an email if you would like. jfisher320@comcast.net
